Okay, I figured it out.

That gibberish is XML and your browser doesn't know what to do with it. Traditionally, web browsers aren't used for podcasts, audio podcast programs are (like iTunes). If you have iTunes installed, you can right click on the link, choose "Copy Link Location" (or whatever), and paste it into iTunes via the Subscribe to Podcast command.

Another option is to go here where you can access the individual programs in a blog format:

When I click "Subscribe to podcast", it opens up a window with a buch of jibberish. Is that right? If so, what am I supposed to do with it?
